In the first quarter of the year,
Italo-French eywear group EssilorLuxottica recorded consolidated
revenues of 6,848 million euros, with an increase of 7.3% at
constant exchange rates compared to the first quarter of 2024
(+8.1% at current exchange rates).
North America, which alone represents over 40% of the group's
revenues, grew by 4%, while Asia and the Pacific increased by
double digits, "with the solid performance of myopia management
solutions in China".
EssilorLuxottica is studying "measures to counter the impact of
US tariffs on imports", the group explains in the note on the
accounts.
