European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso (R) welcomes
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk (L) prior to a
meeting between the EU Commission and the Urkaine, at the EU
council headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, 13 May 2014.
Yatsenyuk and his government officials are in Brussels to
discuss already promised EU aid after the crisis in Ukraine has
left the country at the brink of bankruptcy.
