The 40 or so migrants held in an
Italian holding and repatriation centre (CPR) at Gjader in
Albania have protested over the last few days and have caused
some damage to the facility, the Viminale interior ministry said
Wednesday.
"Some broken glass, but no revolt and now the situation has
returned to normal," said the sources. The prison set up on the
site, the same sources specify, has not been opened and is
currently not hosting anyone.
