Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko wrote on
telegram that 16 missiles targeting the Ukrainian capital Kyiv
have been destroyed, and that at least three people were
injured. The city Mayor, Vitali Klitschko said that 40 percent
of the capital's consumers were without electricity after the
attacks. Russian troops entered Ukraine on 24 February 2022
starting a conflict that has provoked destruction and a
