Istat said Thursday that its
seasonally adjusted industrial-production index was down 0.9% in
February compared to January.
The national statistics added that its index was down by 2.7%
with respect to February 2024 in calendar-adjusted data.
That was the 25th consecutive year-on-year drop in Italian
industrial output.
