With the polls recently closed, an
exit poll conducted by the Albanian news portal "Albanian Post"
confirms a clear victory for Prime Minister Edi Rama's
Socialists in today's political polls. According to the data
released, the Socialist Party would win 79 of the 140 seats that
make up the Albanian parliament. In contrast, the center-right
opposition led by Sali Berisha would stop at only 54 seats. The

close to Rama, 2 to the new "Mundesia" party, founded by Agron
Shehaj, an entrepreneur and current center-right MP, which has
abounded about 2 years, Berisha's Democratic Party. Competing
for one seat each are former center-right leader Lulzim Basha,
also with a new political formation, and The Together Movement,
