Meloni participated today by video link in a Leaders' meeting on
support for Ukraine and ongoing efforts to achieve a just and
lasting peace that ensures its sovereignty and security,"
Palazzo Chigi said.
"The meeting made it possible to renew the urgency of a full
and unconditional 30-day ceasefire, renewing the expectation
that Russia will respond positively to the call made by
President Trump and demonstrate concretely a willingness to
build peace, as Ukraine has already done."
